Most of our orders ship via USPS. For 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery, some orders may ship via UPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your ups shipping after checkout.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. In very rare instances shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the order and you will be notified that one of your selected items is out of stock, these items will ship when available or you will be refunded for that item.
2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. International shipments can be calculated prior to check out. Please allow 24 hours to confirm your shipping quote with our carrier as international shipping rates can fluctuate. Your order will be processed upon shipping quote confirmation.
We have a limited return policy due to health and safety issues, we cannot restock opened goods. Opened or used items are non-refundable. If you wish to return a product, please call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
RESCHEDULING MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM DATE: $200 FEE, ONE FREE RESCHEDULE.
3 – 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAINING DATE: $450 FEE, ONE FREE RESCHEDULE.
RESCHEDULING WILL NOT BE GRANTED LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF ANY TRAINING PROGRAM. IF YOU WISH TO ENROLL INTO A FUTURE TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL COST OF THE NEW TRAINING PROGRAM.
MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM: $250
3 – 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM: $450
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT OCCUR LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM OR FOR “NO SHOWS”.
IF YOU “NO-SHOW”, ARE TARDY, OR DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SEAT AND NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. IF YOU WISH TO ENROLL INTO A FUTURE TRAINING PROGRAM, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL COST OF THE NEW TRAINING PROGRAM.
To initiate a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 14 days after receipt of shipment
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility with the exception of damage or defects in product, and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.
Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please email us at email@example.com or call 952-465-6692 as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
